They are currently recruiting for an Associate Director to play a key leadership role within their growing landscape architecture team. This position offers the chance to take ownership of exciting, high-impact projects while contributing to the studio’s strategic direction. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, technical confidence, and proven leadership experience. They’ll be involved in everything from early concept design and client liaison to team mentoring and business development.
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS- 10+ years’ experience in landscape architecture
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Ideally experience at Associate level or above
- A strong, design-led portfolio demonstrating work across multiple scales
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Adobe CS, SketchUp, etc.)
