Hyde is looking to recruit a Salesforce Service Delivery Manager. As a Salesforce Service Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional and diverse teams of technical resources, managing both in-house teams and external suppliers to ensure successful IT and business deliverables. You will work closely with Project Management, Technical Services, and Internal Business Partners to oversee system integrations, scheduling of deliveries, and service performance.

Duties of a Salesforce Service Delivery Manager:

  • Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring effective scheduling, integration, and coordination with delivery managers.
  • Oversee people management, including engagement, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure IT service delivery meets agreed SLAs and OLAs while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Manage vendor relations, supplier performance, and software licensing.
  • Drive innovation in development, testing, and quality control processes.
  • Produce and manage project estimates, plans, and progress reports.
