What You’ll Bring:
Procurement Services is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their growing marketing team and play a key role in shaping future success. This position will involve leading a team of Channel Marketing Assistants focused on driving brand awareness, attracting new customers, retaining existing ones, and re-engaging previous customers, all with the goal of increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will be passionate about team leadership, possess strong commercial acumen, and have a creative vision that can help set us apart from competitors. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility across the UK public sector.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Manage a team of Channel Marketing Assistants, reporting KPIs of the team to the Marketing Manager when required
- Take responsibility for the creation and curation of content by the team, for emails, blogs, white papers, newsletters and compliant documentation for our solutions
- Create and deliver tailored channel specific digital marketing campaigns to win new customers and generate further business with existing customers, including newsletters, webinars, email, social, video, publications, and website activity
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to create marketing campaigns and support delivery of financial targets as part of growth plans
- Take responsibility for researching target markets, opportunities and new geographic regions and report on the analytics for all campaigns and activities

What We Require:
- Experience of leading a team or individuals, providing invaluable guidance and support
- Confident use of social platforms, particularly LinkedIn to share campaign messaging, increase engagement, following and presence within the social networks
- A minimum of 12 months experience in copywriting, ensuring content is accurate, well written and has a strong call to action across social media, email marketing, video, webinars and direct marketing
- Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships across multiple teams
- Strong presentation skills to be able to confidently lead internal and external meetings
