Office Angels is on the lookout for an immediately available Office Administrator to fill a short-term role (approx. 2-3 weeks) starting ASAP. This position is based in Birtley within a lively, construction-related environment. Join a team where your administrative prowess will support commercial and financial operations. Role Highlights: Location: Birtley, Chester Le Street, DH3 2RN Start Date: Immediate Duration: 2-3 weeks Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-min unpaid lunch), office-based Pay: £13.74 per hour Perk: Free on-site parking!Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth office operations. Manage documents, organise files, and oversee archiving. Coordinate staff travel/accommodations. Schedule training/medicals in partnership with the Training Manager.
