We are partnering with a dynamic technology start-up in their search for a Lead Counsel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with a proven track record of providing broad legal advice in a sole counsel capacity.
About the Role:
- Provide strategic legal support to the business following a recent acquisition
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including inter-company agreements
- Advise on legal considerations related to international expansion
- Offer guidance as the company evolves and diversifies its product offerings
Key Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor a MUST
- Strong in-house legal experience within the tech sector
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is highly advantageous
- Global legal exposure and understanding of cross-border issues
- Commercially astute with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with investors, executive leadership, and board members
