- Domino Installation/upgrade/migration
- Domino Administration, Evergreening, knowledge on lotus scripts/agents
- Change Management, Implementing application design, Infrastructure changes, SCOM Monitors
- Domino Application management, functional knowledge of agents and other domino tasks
- Configuration and Programme document uses/processes
- Domino Performance Monitor, Alerts monitoring and working on reduction
- Work with Application for any support cases on Domino environments and supporting tools
