A leading technology provider is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Operations Specialist to support and enhance the stability, performance, and efficiency of networking and infrastructure systems. This role involves handling complex incidents, driving process improvements, and contributing to operational excellence across technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated technical incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Plan, implement, and document infrastructure and network changes.
  • Develop and refine internal tools to improve workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing.
