Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing and executing Day 1 tasks: checking, routing, and troubleshooting * Dispatching trucks for Day 1 and Day 2 operations * Coordinating with port expeditors and supervisors to ensure precise job execution * Supporting Day 2 planning and scheduling * Handling driver instructions, notes, and parking arrangements * Collaborating with Customer Service and HR teams on operational matters Experience with TOPS is a strong advantage.
