About the Role
Join our UK Corporate content team to develop and maintain online practical guidance, insights, and materials for corporate lawyers. You will be part of a high-functioning team producing a market-leading product covering practical guidance on corporate transactions such as private and public M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, corporate joint ventures, and company law topics like share capital, corporate governance, directors, and company meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain content for the Corporate practical guidance module, including practice notes, precedents, checklists, flowcharts, and other materials.
- Engage proactively with customers and market contacts to understand their needs and stay updated with practice developments.
- Assist with customer questions via feedback or the LexisAsk service and develop Q&A materials.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate practice and company law, particularly private and/or public M&A transactions.
- Qualified lawyer or knowledge lawyer with experience in a private practice law firm or a FTSE company.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts and their practical application concisely and clearly.
- Excellent research, organization, and planning skills, with a strong drive to meet challenging objectives and deliverables.
