The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for 2 x Behaviour Support Workers and although initially the roles are temporary they could lead to permanent opportunities for the right candidate. You will help to manage challenging behaviours and support students in overcoming any barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide emotional and social support to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in behaviour management or youth work
