Summary: Responsible for representing the company to different customer types, acting as a resource to the customers, and supporting prospective and existing customers in their buying experience. Although the traditional rep-distributor model has been used in the territory, a more direct customer interface manner of doing business for our system solutions is sought.
Your Tasks:
- You will be working and further developing our distributors, end customers, and OEMs in targeted high-potential industries through a strategic approach.
- You will be actively traveling your assigned territory to meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
- You will take ownership in managing your territory and act responsively like a business owner.
- As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be a resource to our sales channels in customer requests, customer service, and technical questions.
- You will improve and expand WERMA brand awareness.
