We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Postal Delivery Drivers for one of the UK's most iconic and trusted brands. With a 500-year history and a 150,000-strong team, this organisation plays a vital role in communities across the country, ensuring mail and parcels are delivered promptly and professionally.
The Role:
- Begin each shift at the local delivery office, sorting mail for your assigned route.
- Load your van and complete your deliveries using a hand-held device for navigation and proof of delivery.
- Typically, delivery rounds take approximately four hours to complete.
- Work independently while also being part of a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A full UK manual driving licence (held at your current address) with no more than 6 minor penalty points.
- Availability to work weekends is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong sense of community and commitment to delivering excellent service.
