We’re looking for a friendly, organised Optical & Sales Administrator to join a small, growing team in the City of Westminster. This is a hands-on role where you'll support both retail and online operations, helping customers find the right eyewear and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online
- Guide customers through frame and lens selection
- Accurately take optical measurements
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone
- Maintain customer records and support outreach efforts
- Oversee store presentation, stock levels, and admin
- Support store opening/closing and weekend shifts
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in optical sales or dispensing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
