Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced pre-litigation Legal Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Liverpool city centre, this role is fully site based. Salary/benefits: £25,000 – £28,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Healthcare plan Pension scheme Life Assurance scheme Job Duties: Dealing with all aspects of pre litigation personal injury claims involving allegations of Fraud and/or Low Velocity Impact. Uploading claims on the OIC portal and advising clients on any offers received Obtaining and collating medical records and preparing a chronology of pre accident medical history Obtaining and reviewing medical reports Obtaining insurance outlay/repair documentation Instructing Counsel to attend conferences Carrying out and completing risk assessments and prospects reports Speaking to and updating referrers as often as possible to ensure a consistency of service.
