What you will be doing:
- Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
- Designing, presenting and delivering high quality menu options.
- Procuring ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
- Recruiting, inducting and developing within your department.
What you need to succeed:
- Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
- Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and textured diets is advantageous.
- Experience of delivering a high-quality service as a Chef is essential.
- Ability to work to a structured menu, but be creative as an individual.
