An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove.  The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team. Duties will include: Managing a mixed caseload. Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders. Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations. Drafting various legal documentation. Dealing with complex property matters. Active involvement in business development. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6 months+ PQE Ability to manage transactions independently. Proven track record of meeting targets. Have strong interpersonal skills. Business development and networking skills. What they offer: Salary depending on experience £40,000 – £65,000 Full time position. Hybrid working. Profit Share Scheme. Increasing Holiday Entitlement. Company pension
