If you are looking for an employer who is sustainably focused, financially secure and highly invested in, this could be your opportunity to join a unique brand-building experience using above and below-the-line marketing.

As an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM), you have a hands-on, full-send role in delivering programmes and products to inspire consumers. You’ll be joining a small and close team where your ideas and constructive input will be valued and encouraged. The team and business make decisions without all the tedious, slow pace of other larger companies, so we would love to contribute to our future.

If you have a strong passion for brands and marketing, an understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, and experience working with consumer brand data, analytics, and reporting to drive informed decision-making, you sound like the person we are looking for.

We need you to have a confident character, be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills (especially in written English/proofreading) and be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be a highly organised type of person where your ability to multitask is an absolute must, as this position will mean you’re focusing on many key projects on a day-to-day basis.

The business will look to develop you in knowledge and skills for this career, but you will need to be a proactive self-starter who is curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask for help. Having a Business or marketing qualification will help you to stand out.

Fife-based – easily commutable from Edinburgh. Competitive salary and a host of employee benefits. Genuine career progression within the first 2-3 years. Apply directly today with an updated CV to find out more.
