Duties Include * Condition Surveys * Reinstatement Cost Assessments * Schedule of Conditions * Dilapidations * Building Pathology Ideal Candidate * Hold a degree in Building Surveying and qualified to MRICS * Good interpersonal skills * An Ambitious can-do attitude * Good technical knowledge in all matters relating to building surveying * Attention to detail * Working knowledge of IT systems and CAD. * Experience in health and safety procedures and the CDM Regulations. * Previous relevant experience * Full, Clean UK driving license.
