Team Leadership & Development: * Lead, coach, and develop a sales executive to meet KPIs and business objectives. * Be a role model by leading from the front, demonstrating best practices in sales. Sales Process & Communication: * Ensure that all sales processes are fully understood by the team and executed consistently. * Facilitate effective communication with the Heads of Departments, especially regarding club functions and golf day business. * Increase the golf centre’s presence through active engagement on social media and within the community. * Use strong business acumen and confident pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.
