The Role: Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a motor trade experienced Service Advisor to join a family-owned dealership group based around the outskirts of Horsham. Refreshingly, this is also a Monday to Friday opportunity.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of service requests, customer interactions, and service history.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all service operations.
  • Assist in promoting and upselling additional services or products to customers as appropriate.

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience] + Bonus.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 5:00pm]
