Client Accountant – MRI Qube Location: NW London Salary: Up to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits We have an outstanding opportunity for a Client Accountant to join a growing property investment and management firm based in NW London. This office-based role will allow you to take charge of financial operations, from accounts management to financial reporting and compliance. With a focus on efficient property management accounting and reporting, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic business environment. Offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, this role also provides a generous benefits package. There would also be the opportunity to work part-time for this role at 4 days per week. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee accounts management, including receivables posting, billing routines, and service charge accounting. Manage loan transactions, inter-company transfers, and reconcile purchase ledger accounts. Proactively handle arrears, working with the property management team to resolve outstanding payments. Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and deliver client financial reports. Coordinate with external accountants to produce annual accounts and assist with audits. What Experience is Required Strong accounting experience, ideally within property management.
