We're on the lookout for a commercially driven and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team at a leading, award-winning travel business. This is a pivotal role based in Manchester, offering a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the city centre office, 2 days home-based). Our client seeks an experienced individual to play a key part in shaping and delivering their marketing strategy, with a focus on promoting their premium travel experiences and further elevating their brands within the UK market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving ambitious passenger growth targets within the travel sector. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and execution of comprehensive and commercially focused marketing campaigns across digital, print, media advertising, and events, with a primary objective of driving sales.
- Contributing to the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at fostering loyalty, increasing repeat bookings, and growing customer spend across all channels.
- Managing marketing calendars and all associated activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful content and promotional materials that reflect the luxury brand positioning.
- Working closely to align brand marketing campaigns with digital efforts, including social media, email marketing, and supporting landing pages, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey that drives conversion.
- Planning and overseeing the production of high-quality travel brochures, direct mail, and other collateral, ensuring brand consistency and commercial effectiveness to boost sales.

- Assisting in the organisation of luxury travel events, VIP loyalty experiences, and partnership activations to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Contributing to market research efforts to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, best practice marketing approaches, and customer preferences within the luxury travel sector.
- Providing support to the PR function.
- Assisting the company Copywriter with writing and proofreading during peak periods.
- Supporting budget management and invoice processing.
- Collaborating with internal teams across the business to provide essential training.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the luxury travel, hospitality, or leisure industries.
- A demonstrable track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for premium or luxury brands.
- A strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, coupled with demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and copywriting abilities with a flair for storytelling and branding.
