Interim Contract: initially 3 months *potential for extension Rate: £550 per day outside IR35 Location: Hybrid / London (3 days in the office) Reporting to: Head of Transformation and working with HR Director Must have skills: Process Design BA with Hire2Retire, JML and Employee Lifecycle track record Not Applicable for: HR systems/HR Tech BA’s Mandate: Opportunity to join a transformation team as an HR Process BA, reporting to the Head of Transformation and working closely with the HR Director. Primary role in the initial 3 months will be rewriting business process future state and Target Operating Model design for HR Hire2Retire, JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) and Employee Lifecycle processes. Deliverables: Deep understanding of Human Resources processes , including hire-to-retire workflows such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee offboarding, with the ability to assess and improve each stage. Proficient in analyzing HR operations , identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in current processes, and recommending data-driven improvements to align with business objectives and employee experience. Strong expertise in HR transformation initiatives , including process re-engineering, automation of manual workflows, and integrating best practices to enhance overall HR service delivery and employee lifecycle management. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement , ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes and systems, while providing training, support, and communication to internal teams. Hands-on experience with HR systems: HiBob experience would be advantage, with the ability to evaluate current tools, implement new HR technology solutions, and ensure seamless integration and transformation of HR processes. About you: HR BA Process experience including Hire2Retire, JML – Joiners, Leavers, Movers Processes Expertise is leading end to end HR process change initiatives for JML and H2R Ability to roll-out To Be process changes for JML and H2R during workshops Ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders and execute process change agenda Track record of creating new HR process HR TOM, Process design, running workshops, and obtaining commitment from stakeholders Resetting HR processes, within HRIS HiBob or other HR systems Track record in AS IS TO BE and building future state that feeds into new TOM for HR Operate with little handholding, autonomous, independently driven, and focused Use initiative and get things done without direction.
