The Role: Project Executive (German Speaking) As a Project Executive, you’ll support the delivery of creative packaging projects from concept to completion. You’ll manage your own accounts, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly – all under the guidance of a supportive Account Director. Key Responsibilities: * Support the end-to-end management of client projects * Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both German and English * Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met * Maintain accurate project documentation and reports * Assist with project analysis and quality control About You: * Fluent in German (written and spoken) – essential * A graduate with at least 12 months of administration, office, or translation experience * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Dutch language skills are a bonus but not essential What’s in It for You? * Salary of £26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) * Full training and support from an experienced team * Genuine career progression within a fast-paced creative agency * Friendly, inclusive culture with regular company events Interested?
