We're working with a leading design & build firm that’s shaping the future of work environments across the UK. With a strong pipeline of innovative office transformation projects, they’re looking to hire a Senior Designer to help deliver cutting-edge workplace solutions.
As a Senior Designer, you’ll take creative lead across a wide variety of projects—from concept through to on-site implementation—ensuring each space reflects the client’s goals and supports their evolving ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with internal project teams and clients, guiding the full design process with clear communication, creativity, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret client briefs and develop tailored design solutions
- Lead concept development, spatial planning, and FF&E strategy
- Manage the design process from initial pitch through delivery
- Ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical and creative alignment
- Confidently present ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Support business development through tender presentations and pitches
- 7+ years in commercial workplace design, ideally in a D&B environment
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong technical design knowledge and commercial awareness
- Experience managing multiple projects and hitting deadlines under pressure
- Clear communicator with excellent presentation and client-facing skills
- BA in Interior Design or equivalent
