Our client has an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to join their Corporate Law team. Your role will be as follows:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance.
- Support senior fee earners in the team on corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating ancillary documents.
- Conduct due diligence on corporate transactions, including managing virtual data rooms.
- Assist with reviewing and advising on terms and conditions and commercial contracts and providing general commercial advice.
- Build up and manage a busy caseload of matters, with support from senior fee earners in the team.
- Participate in business development and networking activities on behalf of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have between 0 – 2 years PQE but must have sat in a corporate seat for at least 6 months.
