Job Description

A privately held real estate investment and development business is quietly expanding its portfolio following a series of recent acquisitions, with further projects already in the pipeline. As activity increases, the firm is looking to strengthen its in‑house management capability with an experienced Asset Manager who thrives in a professional, low‑key environment.

This is an opportunity to step into a trusted, close‑knit team where quality, discretion and attention to detail matter more than noise or hierarchy. The successful hire will play a meaningful role at a pivotal point in the company’s growth, working closely with senior stakeholders across a range of assets and developments.

The role will suit someone currently operating in property management who is ready to broaden their exposure, or an asset‑focused professional who still enjoys being close to the detail. Title and scope will flex depending on experience, with real potential to grow into wider asset management responsibility over time.

You will be hands‑on across the portfolio, supporting day‑to‑day property operations while helping manage the increasing tempo of development work. Responsibilities will include detailed property and estate management, oversight and reconciliation of service charges on larger estates, and supporting multiple live and upcoming projects as they move through development and stabilisation. There is also the opportunity to take on more project‑level ownership as the platform evolves.

The ideal candidate will bring solid commercial property management experience, a sharp eye for detail and credibility in handling complex service charge structures. Just as important is mindset: professionalism, discretion and a calm, understated approach are highly valued. Experience in asset management, mixed‑use estates or “ground‑up” projects would be advantageous, but attitude and cultural fit are paramount.

In return, the role offers the chance to join a well‑capitalised, growing business at an exciting moment, with genuine influence across high‑quality assets and developments. This is a long‑term appointment for someone who wants to be trusted, valued and close to the heart of the platform rather than one step removed.

Salary is expected to sit in the region of £55,000 – 65,000, depending on experience.
