Job Purpose: To provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. This role requires the use of your own vehicle for travel between service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in line with care plans
- Support with medication administration and meal preparation
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Accurately maintain care records and report concerns to supervisors
- Travel between clients' homes in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic)
- Access to your own vehicle

- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
