Oracle Fusion Trainer with extensive skills in providing Oracle Fusion Training expertise to support our higher education client on an Oracle Fusion implementation covering Financials, Projects, and Procurement modules.
The Oracle Fusion Trainer will be tasked with designing, leading, and executing a comprehensive training program for system users across our client site.
Essential Experience:- Experience in delivering training on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications—specifically Financials, Projects, and Procurement.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery best practices.
- Experience working within complex project environments, preferably in higher education or large public sector organizations.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging training content using a variety of tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, eLearning tools, video).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to support the design and execution of user testing (UAT) and early-life support where applicable.
- Capability to work closely with the Business Change Manager and Communications Lead to align training with wider change and engagement activities.
- Skills to design and create high-quality training materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, eLearning content, presentations, and videos.
- Ability to plan and facilitate classroom-based and/or virtual training sessions for end users, super users, and key stakeholders.
- Skills to implement a Train-the-Trainer approach to support wider reach and sustainability of knowledge transfer.
- Experience with Oracle Guided Learning, UPK, or similar digital adoption platforms.
- Previous experience on a major Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
- Familiarity with change management and communication planning in large-scale transformation programs.
6 month contract/outside of IR35 with 2-3 days on site per week in central London.
