We're looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to join our high-impact Institute team, leading the operational delivery of our Post Graduate Teacher Apprenticeships. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with a deep understanding of teacher training, a commitment to educational excellence, and a passion for delivering programmes that truly make a difference.
What youβll do:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of our postgraduate teacher training programmes, ensuring consistency and excellence across all contexts.
- Monitor learner progress and provide targeted support through training, interventions, and development plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Academic Services, Sales, Marketing, and more) to drive successful programme outcomes.
- Manage and support Pathway Tutors to maintain high-quality programme implementation.
- Contribute to quality assurance, programme development, and compliance with bodies like UEL, DfE, and Ofsted.
What you'll bring:
- Strong background in teacher training or educational programme delivery, ideally with QTS.
- Experience in managing blended or online educational programmes.
- A confident leader and communicator with high emotional intelligence.
- Experience with Ofsted inspections and knowledge of education reform (Apprenticeships, ITTECF, etc.).
- MA or PhD (required for programmes leading to postgraduate certification).
