About the role:

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of Match Day Hospitality as well as Non-Matchday Meetings and Events. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, creating exceptional experiences for guests.

Working with a core team of 12 direct reports and up to 100 casuals depending on the event, you will support the department to deliver approx. 35 matches and 2 conferences per week, including; Drinks Receptions, Gala Dinners and Banqueting for up to 600 guests.

• Conference & Banqueting Pro – You have solid knowledge of C&E and Banqueting operations, ensuring seamless service for guests
• Strong Communicator & Organiser – Your interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills help keep everything running smoothly
• Flexible & Committed – You can work a flexible 5 over 7-day roster, understanding that unsociable hours may occasionally be required to meet business needs
• Represent the Brand – Act as a company ambassador, embracing client feedback and striving for excellence
