German Speaking Credit Controller Permanent – Hybrid Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a global firm, based in the Leeds area, who are looking to appoint a German Speaking Credit Controller into their busy team. The successful applicant with have a minimum of 12 months experience within credit control/billings with a confident, enthusiastic personality. Please note, German Language skills are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a large, supportive finance team within a progressive business that really value their employees. Duties and responsibilities: Chasing outstanding payments via email and telephone Allocating incoming payments Dealing with queries and maintaining relationships Putting accounts on hold Updating and maintaining the company system Producing reports to track aged debt Person specification: German language fluency required Billing / Credit Control experience essential Strong systems skills including Excel Ability to work well towards strict deadlines Excellent customer service skills E-Billing experience would be beneficial but not essential.
