This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward-thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of over 2 million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London-based Junior Short Form Video Creator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Core tasks and duties:
- Generating fresh and engaging content ideas around fashion, art and culture and pitching these to the team
- Conducting thorough research for full-length articles, and writing them when required
- Producing content for our channels
- Editing videos using TikTok’s tools and Premier Pro
- Attending productions and events to produce content when needed
- Proposing industry creatives and talent for features/videos and projects
- Proof-checking all content before publishing
- Engaging with other accounts, followers, comments and DMs on our social platforms
- Assisting with TikTok scripts and idea generation
- Proposing industry creatives and talent for features
- Assistant manager in hitting targets
- Supporting brand & influencer relationships by engaging with press releases, etc.
- Owning proposing content to be re-shared on our social platforms
- Meeting Content Targets
- Meeting audience growth and engagement targets
The successful candidate:
- Will have 1+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in Social Media is required
- Likely educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Fashion/Marketing/Journalism/Communication
- Has proven record of excellent writing/social media content production for commercial purposes, demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in social media (specifically TikTok, YT and Snap), managing a commercial account, and engaging with audiences via the platform
- Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of luxury and street style and their trends, including sneaker culture
- Will possess strong awareness of emerging designers and creatives
- Must be able to write in a relatable, creative and engaging tone for Gen-Z
- Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially those of interest to Gen-Z
- Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
- Will possess eagerness to learn and grow
- Will have a confident attitude towards speaking in TikTok voiceovers, interviews, etc.
- Is active on social media and aims to grow own network and represent the company at all times
- Will be based in London
