HRUC(Harrow,Richmond and UxbridgeColleges)isan ambitious College Group, which brings together threecolleges across five vibrant campuses. Reporting to the Group Director for Marketing, Brands andCommunication, you would oversee the development and evolution of our brandswithin the HRUC portfolio, ensuring the storytelling is distinctive, clear andresonates with our different audiences, including our diverse studentcommunity. We want to be known within and well beyond the furthereducation sector for the outstanding work of our extraordinary students andstaff. You would ensure our marketing and communications support the excitinggrowth of the College and its commercial and collaborative activities, whilstnurturing its wider reputation. Key responsibilities will include: Developing a compelling brand narrative across the college group to protect and grow our brands Responsibility for brand governance and ensuring consistency and quality across our colleges Establishing protocols for the management of existing brands, and assessment of risks and opportunities prior to the acquisition of any future brands Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand initiatives and campaigns Regularly analysing and reporting on the performance of brand activities, using data-driven insights to refine strategies Identifying exciting new routes for b…
