Job Summary: Manage and maintain data for both internal and external use. Ensure accurate assessment and reporting data within the school MIS database. Provide administrative and clerical support, focusing on Data, Assessment, and Recording. Maintain exemplary student records. Foster community, family, and local environment links. Oversee the timely and accurate deployment of report cards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data, Assessment, and Recording: Support new student transitions by securing and inputting personal and academic information. Serve as the primary contact for teacher attainment queries and data collection. Administer and manage regular school reports to parents. Maintain accurate information in school MIS modules. Coordinate and complete the School Census and other statistical returns. Set up and support behaviour tracking tools and pupil assessment trackers. Provide staff training on MIS software. Ensure accurate and complete assessment data. Analyse academic data to produce progress reports. Manage systems for tracking pupil progress and maintain subject-specific mark sheets. Produce annual and interim reports on pupil progress. Ensure accurate Key Stage 2 data for Year 7 intake. Support the organization of parents’ evenings and performance review meetings. Provide attainment and achievement information to senior leaders. 2. Timetable: Assist in developing and producing the school timetable. Prepare the academic year calendar using the school MIS. Set up and maintain registration groups and allocate student memberships. Update courses, teachers, and rooms as needed. 3. Exams and School Administration: Stay updated on examination systems and regulations. Support the maintenance of school examination policies. Plan and publicize examination schedules. Liaise with examination boards on policy matters. Ensure effective systems for examination entries and results. Serve as the main link with examination boards. Manage examination entries and distribute entry statements. Handle the receipt and analysis of examination results. Provide administrative support for school events and trips. Update the school portal and Virtual Learning Environment. Maintain manual and computerized records. Follow administrative procedures professionally. Participate in training and professional development.
