Our client is a globally recognised real estate investment and development platform with a growing presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. The company manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, logistics, and digital infrastructure assets, backed by significant capital and a long-term vision for expansion in the data centre sector.

Following successful growth in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific markets, the firm is now scaling its EMEA data centre investment strategy, and needs an experienced Director / SVP to join its London-based team and spearhead expansion efforts across the EMEA region, with a focus on solutions for hyperscale clients. With deep industry relationships, an agile investment approach, and ambitious growth plans, this is a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of development across Europe.

The Opportunity:

This is a strategic role that will lead data centre investment activities—from greenfield site selection to M&A, acquisition strategy, and development partnerships. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing high-value opportunities, shaping the company’s data centre footprint in high-demand markets across Europe and the UK.

  • London-based, hybrid working model
  • Highly competitive package + benefits
  • Permanent Role

This role does not provide visa sponsorship; you need to be eligible to work in the UK and travel to the EU, without restrictions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and drive investment strategies in the data centre space across Europe.
  • Originate and evaluate new acquisition, development, and JV opportunities.
  • Lead deal execution end-to-end: financial modelling, underwriting, structuring, negotiation and closing.
  • Formulate entry/exit strategies that deliver strong returns.
  • Engage with key industry stakeholders, brokers, and hyperscaler partners.
  • Deliver business cases and investment proposals to internal committees and senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 15+ years’ experience in real estate investment with a focus on the UK and/or European markets.
  • A Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
  • A strong track record in data centre, infrastructure, or mission-critical property deals.
  • Proven ability to originate, underwrite, and close complex transactions.
  • Sound knowledge of site selection, utilities, development management and hyperscaler requirements.
  • Financial modelling expertise and sharp commercial acumen.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and confidence working at pace.

Why This Role?

You’ll join a well-capitalised platform with global reach, a growing data centre portfolio, and an ambitious roadmap to scale across Europe. This is a high-impact position with visibility, autonomy, and room to grow.
