Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial embedding period.

What You'll Do:
- You’ll be the matchmaker, connecting top tech talent with exciting roles while building on our strong client relationships.
- You’ll craft eye-catching job adverts, screen candidates, and recruit for IT roles across London and the South-West, focusing on the full breadth of tech including development, infrastructure, BI, PMO, and strategy.
Your Mission:
- You’ll grow your client base in the tech sector, manage the entire recruitment process, ensure everyone has a great experience, hit your targets, and build lasting partnerships through networking and client visits.
Skills Needed:
- Experience: Proven 360 Recruitment experience within the Tech/IT sector is a must.
- Communication: You’re great at bridging the gap between tech and non-tech folks.
- Decision Making: You can handle complex decisions and disputes with ease.
- Strategy: You apply and challenge patterns, policies, and roadmaps.
- Trend Awareness: You stay updated on market trends and understand their impact on our clients and candidates.
