Are you looking to join a team of highly qualified bespoke furniture and room creators that will invest in your career development and offer you the opportunity to create and handle an array of high-end materials to craft free standing furniture whilst offering the opportunity to boost your earnings with regular overtime? This dedicated, family run company has been expertly crafting furniture and designing bespoke rooms for over 20 years.
As a team they focus on designing, creating and expertly crafting free-standing furniture on their onsite Pewsey workshop to bring their clients the best in the business. In the workshop they handle an array of materials to ensure lasting durability and elegance to provide furniture that would elevate all client homes and spaces. With the head designer starting their first business well over two decades ago, there is a motivation to close the gap between creative aesthetic and technical expertise to develop designs with the best functionality.
In this varied and autonomous role, you will be expected to commute to the site to be in the workshop to construct and connect fixtures, cabinets and furniture. This role requires a background in joinery so that each piece of furniture or room can be executed with highly skilled and ambitious craftsmanship. When required to go to a client you will be expected to travel around the UK to work onsite with your team to shape and join visually stunning pieces of furniture.
A desire for ambitious builds and working in a highly skilled environment is welcomed in this role as you can also receive further training on your role as the business progresses. This role would suit a Junior Joiner or similar with a background in installation, wood construction, fixtures and workshop operations, who comes from a skilled trading background and will work well within an established team who travel to varied UK locations, want to progress as the company grows and provide an excellent standard of joinery for every client.
