Annual Salary: £30,248.40 per year
Hours: 8pm - 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will oversee and guide the care team, ensure high standards of care, and support residents through their night-time routines. Experience Required:
- Proven leadership experience in an elderly care or dementia care setting.
- Experience in providing care during night shifts.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding vulnerable adults policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and create or update care plans in line with residents' needs and preferences.
- Follow professional standards and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Care Quality Commission.
