A large, well-respected organisation are looking for a Lead Dynamics AX Analyst to support on one of their transformation programmes to upgrade its AX Dynamics ERP estate to a new landscape. You will directly be supporting the Head of Applications and be a vital part of the Business Applications team. It is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 years.
In this role, you will manage the Business Applications team as part of the Microsoft Dynamics AX upgrade. You will coordinate with the IT function to ensure service continuity for Business Systems.
Experience across Microsoft Dynamics AX, implementation, troubleshooting and overall support experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting root cause analysis, resolving issues, and implementing preventive measures to address data, application code, and user-generated system issues.
- Obtaining, understanding, translating, and documenting solution requirements to achieve the desired outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience leading and developing a team of technical specialists while working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with desktop applications.
- AX experience relating to a number of different AX modules e.g. F&O, HR, Production.
- Experience of writing Transact-SQL queries, X++ and a good understanding of the AX Dynamics architecture.
- SharePoint 2013 and DocuSign configuration and administration.
- Experience working with 3rd Party Application Integrations.
- Experience with troubleshooting methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
