Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey! We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join us at our site in Derby.

Duties

  • Manage the operational team to maintain UK facilities, including direct line management of the UK maintenance team.
  • Look at expanding UK site controls into our other European locations supporting/connecting our warehouses with local subcontractors and improving scheduled maintenance planning.
  • Participate in EMEA level facilities reviews.
  • Look for and identify opportunities for improvements across assigned facilities.
  • Work as part of the wider global Facilities team to ensure task, site development and technological investment opportunities are identified with a view to standardised best in class facilities globally.
  • Support and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including landlords, government bodies, contractors and real estate bodies.

About You

  • You will have proven experience in facilities/buildings management with a strong understanding of electrical testing, contractor management and Health & Safety.
  • Some previous experience in project management would be desirable.
  • You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate across all levels of the business on a global scale.
  • You will be willing to travel both locally across the UK and EMEA region to support where necessary.
