We are looking for a talented Assistant Poker Deck Supervisor to work at London's most exciting entertainment venue, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Top Deck Poker Room, assisting in maximising profitability and ensuring that all games and activities are run within the structures and rules of the LCCP.

It is essential that you have at least three years experience working in a busy poker room and that you hold knowledge of cash desk procedures and tournament management. You will have a strong understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service standards.

To work at the Hippodrome, you need to have fluent English language and good IT skills and be:

  • Professional, positive and results focused.
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
  • Forward thinking and continually looking for innovative ways to improve.
  • Eighteen years or over.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

You will be included in our tronc scheme where you will receive tips between £500-£700+ per month. In addition to your basic pay, after three months of service you will be entitled to:

  • £75 for your birthday to spend at the Hippodrome's restaurants and bars.
  • Flat tronc scheme with no employer deductions.
  • 50% discount on food and beverage in theatre, bars and food outlets.
