  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, TCP/IP).
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto devices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
