Role Overview: As the Talent and Onboarding Manager , you will oversee recruitment and onboarding for both internal staff and external candidates for schools. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end hiring cycle, implementing efficient onboarding strategies, training and managing development as well as fostering long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
