Senior ISO Management Consultant (remote based in the South East / Home Counties with some travel to clients) required to support clients in implementing, designing and improving ISO Quality management systems / ISO Standards, with strong skills in Quality (ISO 9001), and at least one of Health & Safety (ISO 45001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Information Security (ISO 27001).
The remote role is based in the South East / Home Counties, and a car will be needed to travel to customer sites a few times per month. Salary £43-55k + Bens.
As a Quality Management Consultant, the essential skills would include:
- Open-minded, consultative, and customer-centric person with experience advising external clients or implementing quality management systems internally within a complex business.
- Proven hands-on experience in the implementation of ISO 9001 Standard and at least one of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or ISO 27001.
- Experience as an auditor in at least one of the following Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 or ISO 50001.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent report-writing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Involved in the design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of a multisite IMS / Integrated Management System.
- Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines with a proven ability to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.
- A strong teamwork ethic.
- Full driving licence and a car are required as the role involves some travel to client sites in London and within the UK.
The responsibilities of the Quality Management Consultant would include:
- Managing a group of clients and multiple ISO projects.
- Strong skills in time management and being self-motivated to advise and support your portfolio of clients.
- Consulting with and supporting clients in implementing, designing and improving ISO Quality management systems.
- Assisting clients with drafting policies & procedures.
- Collation of records & data required by the International Standards.
- Ensuring the smooth project delivery.
- Identifying the legal, statutory, regulatory & contractual requirements applicable to the client.
- Identifying risks & opportunities that are relevant to the client.
