  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and digital campaign delivery
  • Building trusted relationships with clients by truly understanding their goals and acting as a strategic partner
  • Owning timelines, budgets and workflows to keep projects on track
  • Producing reports, summaries and high-quality deliverables
  • Supporting new business proposals and client presentations
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
