A new opportunity has arisen for a wholesale assistant to join this high street retailer on a permanent basis. The company is a fast paced womenswear brand, with both a retail and online presence, which makes beautiful, effortless, commercial garments and has been going from strength-to-strength.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders
- Scheduling orders for delivery
- Preparing relevant export documentation
- Preparing invoices for wholesale customers
- Handling B2B customer enquiries
- Collating, analysing & distributing weekly sales information internally
The successful candidate will have prior e-commerce experience, ideally coming from a role in buying, merchandising, wholesale or a highly analytical administrative role. Strong Excel skills are a must.
