Role Overview: We are looking for someone with experience in delivery processes as well as dangerous goods.
Responsibilities:
- Create and align the shipping schedule.
- Provide all the required information for shipments (e.g. Dangerous Goods, Airfreight).
- Own and drive the weekly shipments to have the right material on the right time at the customer in exceptional circumstances (e.g. equipment breakdown).
- Check and approve invoices regarding to the process.
- Support the introduction of new magnets to the standard delivery process as well as the end-of-life planning.
- Maintain and adjust delivery parameters (e.g. hold cold) to achieve 100% on time delivery whilst balancing factory capacity and inventory constraints.
- Improve, maintain and analyse delivery KPIs through digital dashboards.
- Leverage digitalization in delivery in line with the Healthineers tool strategy.
- Ensure that we always operate a Zero Harm Culture and that EHS remains at the top of the agenda.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience in shipping and delivery via road, sea & air within a large complex technical production environment.
- Highly efficient, self-motivated.
- Experience in HPS methods e.g. lean, continuous improvement, SPS, VSM, Microsoft Office, SAP. Implement new skills and applications (Power BI, materials modelling).
- Communication skills – clear communication at all levels across the business, both internally and externally.
- Proficient level MRI Magnets knowledge - understand how they are designed, built & function.
- Proficient level of logistics concepts (MRP, JIT, Kanban etc.).
