Oldham College is looking to appoint an Innovation Literacy Coordinator on behalf of Greater Manchester FE Innovation Programme via Innovate UK. Salary £35,000.

We are looking for an Innovation Literacy Coordinator (ILC) to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of innovation within SMEs. As an ILC, you will play a key role in delivering training that equips apprentices and employees with the skills and confidence to become Innovation Ambassadors within their workplaces, driving productivity and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working closely with other Innovation Literacy Coordinators across the city region to deliver impactful training.
  • Engaging with apprentices, employers, and apprenticeship delivery teams to communicate the value of innovation and adoption.
  • Delivering Innovation Literacy training to apprentices, helping them champion innovation within their businesses.
  • Collaborating with the GMFEIP Programme Director and other ILCs to develop and refine course content.
  • Creating engaging promotional materials and case studies to showcase the success and impact of the programme.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand and scale the training to reach a wider audience.
  • Collecting feedback from participants and employers to continuously improve training sessions.
  • Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and impact reporting to measure programme success.
