Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout high-quality bid documents, responses, fee proposals, and commercial brochures
  • Structure complex business documents for maximum impact, using storytelling techniques and a clear visual hierarchy
  • Develop branded templates for proposals, pitch decks, and supporting materials
  • Collaborate closely with business development, projects, and technical teams to translate high-level briefs into polished outputs
  • Proofread, refine, and format case studies, capability brochures, and executive summaries
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to tight deadlines and last-minute changes
  • Maintain a library of standardised design assets and templates
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
  • Proven experience in bid or commercial document design, ideally within a B2B context
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and MS365
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
  • Ability to independently travel between offices and client sites as needed (Norfolk, Cambridge and London)
